REHEARSAL SCHEDULE
Unless otherwise stated, rehearsals and activities will be held at Dance Magic Studios.
Please check back often. The schedule is subject to change as needed.
ALL DANCERS ARE PERMITTED 2 ABSENCES [absences for illness and other dance performances are excused; however, if too many absences are accumulated, the dancer may be excused from the production]
Company members are permitted to understudy any role they like.
Non-company cast members need to receive permission to understudy. \
Sunday, Dec. 7 ~ MANDATORY REHEARSAL FOR COMPANY MEMBERS ONLY
10 am Load Truck at Acton ~ Griffin Gue?, Myca Hertz, Andrew Hunt, Ray Pica
1 – 2 pm Room 2 ~ Company Class
2 – 3 pm Room 2 ~ Act 2 Full Cast Except No Little Arabians, Mother Ginger, Cookies, Horses, or SPF Pages
[Chinese Dragon will be done by 3pm]
3 - 3:30 pm Snowflakes - fix the ending
3:30 - 4pm SPF, CAV
2 - 4 pm Room 1 ~ Any final costume fittings – as needed
4 – 5 pm Pack Up Everything and Get it organized to be loaded onto the Truck;
Clean UP the Studio ~ dancers who sign up
5 – 6 pm Load the Truck at Dance Magic ~ dancers who sign up

Wednesday, Dec. 10 at LPAC ~ Spacing for both casts. Dress Rehearsal for Red Cast
8 am - 12 pm LOAD IN ~ Company Members who sign up
12 - 1 pm Lunch Break ~ Everyone leaves the building
1 - 3 pm FINISH LOAD IN ~ Company Members who sign up
3 - 3:30 pm SPF & Cavalier
3:30 - 4 pm Spacing on stage - Snowflakes, Flowers, DDF
4 - 4:30 pm Spacing on stage - Dragon, Chinese Leads, SPF Pages, DDF
4:30 - 5 pm Spacing on stage - Battle Scene: Mice, Soldiers, Clara, Nut, MK
5 - 5:30 pm Dinner Break: we do not need to leave the building. Dancer’s may bring a light dinner to have in the black box.
5:30 - 6:15 pm Company Class Warm Up On Stage
6 pm Call Time RED CAST ~ Owls, Horses, Soldiers, SPF Pages, Ribbon dancers, Little Arabians, Cookies, Dragon - 1 dancer from each group to have make up
6:15 - 7 pm Dancers get dressed for Dress Rehearsal
7 pm Dress Rehearsal RED CAST (school show only - no party scene)
9:30 pm Parents pick up the Owls, Soldiers, Little Arabians, Cookies, Ribbon Dancers, SPF Pages, Horses
10 pm Clear the building
